What is packing and storage, exactly?

Do you supply the packing materials?
Yes. The team arrives with boxes, bubble wrap, furniture blankets, tape and specialist cartons for glassware and wardrobes, and packs everything for you. You don't need to buy or prepare anything.
How is packing and storage priced?
As one quote with two parts: the packing (based on the volume and how much is fragile) and the storage (based on the space it takes and how long you keep it). You only pay for the storage period you actually use, and the figure is fixed before we start.
How long can I store after packing?
As long as you need — a week, a few months during a renovation, or longer while you're abroad. There's no fixed minimum beyond the first period, and you can extend or end whenever you're ready.
Do you collect from my home or office?
Yes, we collect. The team comes to you, packs and loads, and takes everything to the facility, then delivers it back to your new address when you want it. You never visit the warehouse.
Are my packed items insured in storage?
Items are stored in a secure, climate-controlled facility, and basic cover is included. For high-value pieces we can arrange extended cover — give us the declared values and we'll include it on the quote.
