Moving and storage from one company
Most people who need storage need it because of a move — a gap between two homes, a renovation, a spell abroad, or a new place that isn't ready yet. Splitting that across a moving company and a separate storage firm is where things get lost, double-handled and double-charged. We do both, so your belongings are packed, moved and stored by the same team, under one fixed price.
It works as one job with three parts: we collect and pack at your home or office, store whatever isn't going straight to the new place in a secure climate-controlled facility, and deliver it back when you have the keys. You only pay for the storage period you actually use, and you never visit the warehouse.

Do you handle both the moving and the storage, or just one?
Both, from one team. We pack and move your home or office, and store whatever isn't going straight to the new place in a secure, climate-controlled facility. Because it's one company, there's no handover between a mover and a separate storage firm, and no gap where something gets lost or double-charged.
How much does storage cost, and how is it priced?
Storage is priced on the space your belongings take and how long you keep them, so a few boxes cost far less than a full villa. It's usually billed as three parts — the collection, the storage period, and the delivery back — and you only pay for the weeks or months you actually use. Send a rough idea of what you're storing for a figure.
How long can I store my belongings?
As long as you need — a week between two homes, a few months during a renovation, or longer while you're abroad. There's no fixed minimum beyond the first period, and you can extend or end whenever you're ready.
Do you collect from my home, or do I bring things to you?
We collect. The team comes to your home or office, packs and loads, and takes everything to the facility. When you're ready, we deliver it back to your new address. You don't need to visit the warehouse or move anything yourself.
Are my belongings safe and insured in storage?
Yes. Items are stored in a secure, climate-controlled facility, protected from Dubai's heat and humidity. Basic cover is included, and we can arrange extended cover for high-value items — give us the declared values and we'll include it on the quote.
Can I get some items back without ending the whole storage?
Yes. If you need a few things back mid-term, we can arrange a delivery of just those items and keep the rest in storage. Give us a day's notice so the team can pull them for you.
