The Palm is really two kinds of move in one place. The Fronds are villas — larger crews, sometimes a packing day beforehand, and a security gate pass arranged for the crew and truck. The Shoreline apartments, the Golden Mile and the towers are booked around a service lift and a loading bay, with each building setting its own permitted move hours.
We work across all of it often enough to know what your building or Frond will ask for before you do. The gate passes, the lift booking and the move paperwork are arranged in advance, so the day itself is just the move — packed, protected, transported and rebuilt at the other end.
And because plans on the Palm often shift with handover dates, we keep storage on hand. If the new place isn't ready, we collect, store and deliver when it is — you only pay for the weeks you use.

Do you offer storage for Palm Jumeirah residents?
Yes. We collect from your villa or apartment, store your belongings in a secure, climate-controlled facility, and deliver back when you're ready — useful between homes, during a renovation, or while you travel. You only pay for the storage period you actually use.
Can you arrange the moving permit and service-lift booking?
Yes. For Shoreline apartments, the Golden Mile and the towers we book the service lift and handle the building's move paperwork; for the Fronds we arrange the security gate pass for the crew and vehicle. It's part of the job, not an extra you chase yourself.
Can you move at short notice on the Palm?
Usually yes. Handover and hand-back dates on the Palm often move at the last minute, so short-notice jobs are normal for us. Call and we'll tell you straight away whether a crew is free for your date.
I'm moving from the Palm to another emirate — can you do that?
