  • Every emirate, our own crewsNo subcontracting the far jobs to whoever happens to be local.
  • One fixed priceAgreed before the truck is booked. Not an hourly rate that grows.
  • Assembly included as standardDismantling and reassembly are part of the job, not an extra line.
  • Usually one dayMost homes are packed, moved and rebuilt inside a single working day.

What a moving company should actually do

The word covers a wide range in this country. At one end there are two men and a pickup found on a classifieds site. At the other there are international relocation firms quoting five figures for a two-bedroom flat. Most people need something in between and struggle to tell which is which from a website.

Our position is simple. We do the whole job rather than the transport part of it: pack the place, take the furniture apart, move it, put it back together, hang the curtains and frames, and take the cardboard away. And we do it for one price agreed in advance, in whichever emirate you are moving from and to.

How we compare on the things that go wrong

What usually goes wrongHow we handle it
The price changes on the dayFixed before booking. It only moves if you add work yourself.
Assembly billed as an extraDismantling and reassembly are in the quoted price.
Furniture carried unwrappedBlankets and wrap as standard, door frames and corners protected.
Crew leaves once boxes are insideBeds built, curtains up, frames hung, cardboard removed.
A different crew than the one quotedOur own people everywhere, including the northern emirates.

None of that is expensive to promise. What matters is whether a company holds to it on a Thursday afternoon when the job has run long.

What we move

Every service under one company, so there is one number to call when something needs sorting.

Questions before you choose a mover

The things worth asking any company, and our answers to them.

What makes a good moving company in the UAE?

Three things you can check before booking. Whether the price is fixed or an hourly rate that grows through the day. Whether dismantling and reassembly are included or billed as extras once the crew is already in your home. And whether the company will tell you plainly what it cannot do — anyone who says yes to every request has not thought about your job.

Do you cover every emirate, or subcontract the far ones?

Our own crews, everywhere. Some companies quote for Fujairah or Ras Al Khaimah and then hand the job to whoever is local and available, which is how you end up with a crew who never spoke to you and does not know what was agreed. The people who survey your move are the people who carry out.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to three days covers most moves. Month-end is the busiest period in this country by a wide margin, because tenancy contracts cluster there, so if you are moving on the 28th to 31st of any month, book earlier than you think you need to. Short notice is often still possible — ask rather than assume.

Can you give a price without visiting?

For apartments, usually yes. Photos of each room, the floor number and whether there is a lift are enough for a firm figure. For villas and anything with unusual access we would rather come and look, because a survey takes twenty minutes and prevents the conversation nobody wants on moving day.

What is not included in the price?

Building permits and NOCs are yours to obtain, though we supply the documents you need to apply. Specialist work such as piano moving, safe moving or anything needing a crane or lifting equipment is quoted separately. Storage is priced separately from the move. Everything else — materials, packing, dismantling, transport, reassembly — is in the figure you are given.

Do you move offices as well as homes?

Yes, and they run differently. Office moves are scheduled for evenings and weekends so no working day is lost, and workstations are numbered against your new floor plan. If you are moving a workplace, the office relocation page covers how that works in detail.

What happens if my moving date changes?

Tell us as early as you can and we will move the booking. Dates slip constantly in this market, usually because a handover moves, and we would rather reschedule than lose you to a competitor over something outside your control.

Do you provide storage if there is a gap?

Yes. If your handover and move-in dates do not line up, we collect, store and deliver when you have keys. Storage is in private air-conditioned cabins and the internal dimensions of your unit are confirmed in writing before you pay.

Get a price for your move

Give us the two addresses, what is in the property and when you want to go. The form hands it all to WhatsApp so you can attach photos straight away.

  • A fixed figure, not a range that firms up on the day.
  • Packing, dismantling, transport and reassembly all included.
  • Photos or a video walk-through get you a tighter number.
