About these terms

This website is operated by E Relocation Company. By using the site or sending us an enquiry you accept the terms below. If you go on to book a move, the specific quotation and job confirmation we send you will also apply, and where the two differ the quotation takes precedence.

Enquiries and quotations

• Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A job is only confirmed once we have agreed a date, a price and a scope with you directly.
• Quotations are based on the information you give us — the size of the property or office, the addresses, floor and lift access, and what needs packing. If what we find on the day is materially different from what was described, we will tell you before we start and agree any change with you.
• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it. Availability of a particular date is not held until the booking is confirmed.

Your responsibilities

• Tell us about anything fragile, unusually heavy, or of high value before the move.
• Arrange any building permits, NOCs, lift bookings or parking access needed at either address. We will supply our documents to help you apply.
• Keep cash, jewellery, passports, medication and personal documents with you rather than in the load.
• Make sure someone is available at the start of the job and at the delivery address to direct the crew.
• For office moves, confirm who is responsible for network and server configuration, and when they will be on site.

What we will not transport

For safety and legal reasons we do not carry flammable liquids, gas cylinders, explosives, illegal items, live animals, or perishable food that will spoil in transit.

Care of your belongings and liability

We take reasonable care of everything we handle. Furniture is wrapped and padded before loading, loads are secured in transit, and access routes are protected where practical.

The liability that applies to your particular job — what is covered, any limit, and any exclusions — is set out on the quotation and job confirmation we issue for that job. Please read it before confirming the booking and ask us about anything that is not clear. Nothing on this website should be read as a statement of cover for your job; the quotation governs.

Any damage or shortage should be reported to the crew leader at the delivery address, or to us in writing as soon as reasonably possible afterwards, so that it can be inspected while the circumstances can still be established.

We are not liable for damage to items you packed yourself where the packing was the cause, for pre-existing damage or normal wear, for goods we advised against transporting, or for items on the excluded list below that were included in the load without our knowledge.

Payment

Payment terms, any deposit and accepted payment methods are set out on the quotation we send you. Please confirm them before the job starts so there is nothing to discuss on moving day.

Cancellation and changes

Tell us as early as you can if your date moves or your plans change. We will always try to reschedule rather than charge. Any cancellation terms that apply to your job will be stated on your quotation.

Use of this website

• The content, copy, design and code of this site belong to E Relocation Company and may not be copied or republished.
• We aim to keep the information here accurate, but service details and availability change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer on its own.
• Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp are provided for convenience. Those services have their own terms.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, contact us first on 056 788 6885 or by WhatsApp. We would rather fix a problem directly and quickly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai.
