Who we are

This website is operated by E Relocation Company, a moving and relocation business serving Dubai and the wider UAE. You can reach us on 056 788 6885 or on WhatsApp on the same number. We operate as a service-area business across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates rather than from a public shopfront, so enquiries are handled by phone and WhatsApp.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, plus standard analytics data about how the site is used.

Information you give us

• Your name and phone number
• The addresses or areas you are moving from and to
• The type of move and your preferred date
• Any notes you add about your belongings or access

The quote forms on this site do not send anything to a server of ours. They build a WhatsApp message from what you typed and open it in WhatsApp. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp. From that point the message sits in our WhatsApp account and is also handled by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically

• Pages visited, time on page and referring source
• Device type, browser and approximate location based on IP address
• Whether you tapped a call button, a WhatsApp button or submitted a form, and which page you were on

This is collected through Google Tag Manager, which loads Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. Cookies set by those services are used to measure which adverts lead to enquiries.

• To understand which pages and adverts bring in enquiries, so we spend our advertising budget sensibly
